Liquify doesn’t work
I’m using After Effects CS3 and it won’t allow me to liquify anything. The cursor doesn’t change from the arrow so I can’t liquify. Does a layer have to have a certain setting turned on to enable the filter?

Happened to me before, then it was just a matter of checking that the effects control is enable in the view options.
