August 18, 2008 at 9:41 amThere is fluid plug by electrocolor (https://electrocolor.com/gallery.html). You can time-reverse its result.
Or you can combine displace/fractal noise/compuond blur (https://library.creativecow.net/articles/polevoy_george/flowing_title.php) -

It looks very interesting the fluid plug, i am going to use it
By the way, i already tried to make the efect with the compound blur with a pretty decent result. I just want to make it more realistic.
thank you -

August 19, 2008 at 5:04 pmThe coolest liquid-to-text effects I’ve ever seen used Wave World to push bump maps of text up through blood created using Colorama. Not exactly a one-button solution but remarkably realistic. Wave World creates absolutely real surface deflections and physically accurate wave movement.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”
