liquid sky effect
What’s the best way to replicate this effect. I’m having a lot of trouble. My experience in after effects is extremely limited so i’d prefer to do it in final cut if possible. Thanks so much guys.

You can do that with the gradient colorize effect, under Image Control. A lot will depend on the quality of the footage and the gradient you make in the effect. Default will be a black and white gradient. You’ll want something a lot more rainbow-y.
