this probably isn’t an expressions question… but you might try a colorizing effect like colorama, with the output cycle being a rainbow like spectrum of colors (the default may be pretty close.
the curves effect can also produce similar effects. try creating a zigzag like ‘curve’ with the curve effect and you’ll start getting similar results. modify the curves for individual channels for more color craziness.
