  Liquid shapes follow rotation property (expression)

  I want to animate some letters while there is liquid dripping off the text. This part works already, but is there an expression that connects the shape layer (drip effect) to the rotation of the letter? I want the shape layer to follow the rotation of the letter, like the example in the belowing link:
