I think you might be able to do it with the puppet tool, but I don’t know of anyone who’s done it.
This *might* work (Or I could be horribly, HORRIBLY wrong):
Create the upper and lower lips as seperate elements. The lips should be in a separate comp from the face, and the comp should be the same resolution as your footage.
Create puppet points that correspond to the ones on your face.
Motion track each point separately.
Apply the track to each point. Don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t look good at first. Until each puppet point has tracking applied, it will be stretched in weird ways
