Sharing a project file with another editor.
    I’m in 7.0, they’re in 8.x.

In my version of the project file, I imported a script and linked the script with various points of the clips so that they can instantly be accessed. (Doing it manually, not with scriptSync, since I don’t own that).

When he opened the project file, the bins and timelines open fine, but the script is not linked up.

I then went into my Avid Attic and found the script folder which contained various avid script files.

What is the best way to get him to be able to have full functionality with the script?
Does he need to copy the scripts folder into his avid attic, or does he need to relink his scripts to the original text files that I used to import the scripts?

    THanks much,
    Dan

Are the clips in the Avid MediaFiles folder or are they AMA linked? If managed by Avid in the Avid MediaFiles folder, then just passing the project with the lined script should relink just like a bin does.
