    Hello All,

Im wondering if this can be done using expressions. So lets say I have a pre comp with a layer that has keyframes on the position property. Lets say the key frames start at 0sec and the position changes and at 5sec the position animation stops. Now I bring that pre comp into my main comp. Lets say then in my main comp I have a different property animation and it starts right at the 5sec mark (right were the pre comp keyframe ends) and ends at the 6sec mark.

Now say I moved the keyframe from the pre comp to 10sec rather than 5sec. But that means that I need to move my keyframe in the main comp to the 10sec mark or else my animation will be off.

Is there any way were I can use an expression that states if this keyframe is moved anywhere on the timeline in the pre comp the changes will also happen in the main comp as well? So that I wouldn’t have to manually move them.

    Hopefully this makes sense.

    Muchos Thank You’s

    Expressions cannot modify keyframes.

Either use a script that can move a bunch of keyframes at once (https://www.redefinery.com/ae/view.php?item=rd_Scooter) or leave the keyframes as they are and use a valueAtTime expression for one of the property (either main comp either precomp).
