  • Linking a property to Character Size in a Text Layer

    Hallo everyone,

I’m getting mad on this comp where I have an effect that should be linked to the Cahartecr Size of a Text Layer.

More specifically I have a Text Layer with the “Source Text” keyframed (every frame the text changes in both content and font size)… I need to set a variable for the font size… Any idea?

    Thanks in advance,

    Raffaele

No. Not possible the way you wanna do it because expressions and scripts have no access to parameters such as font size and font face. It could only work if you set the font size using an animator.

    Dear Mylenium,

thanks for your reply. How can I change the font size using an animator? It seems that I can only change the scale…
