    i been trying to create lines movement like a arrow that goes back and forward or runs all over the place.
    but no success at all.
    how do i make those motion graphics they use on tv for arrows moving around and turning.

    animate your arrow head. you can use layer>transform>auto orient to get the arrow head to turn as it moves along, and you can adjust the interpolation of the keyframes by selecting the keyframes and using the keyframe assistant or keyframe interploation from the animation menu.

    select those keyframes and hit copy. then create a new layer and add a new mask from the layer menu. with the new layer selected hit ‘m’ to reveal the mask property, select mask shape and hit paste. now you can use an effect like stroke to animate a line following you arrow head as it navigates around the screen.
