    Ok ill try explain what I want to do here. I want to make a linear wipe sit at 50% transition, lock at 50% ( half way down the stage) then I simply want to move objects position below the wipe and the wipe will stay at 50. whenever i put a liniear wipe on an object it moves with the object I dont want it to! hope someone understands this jibber. thanks

    You could put the wipe and the object that you want to move on different layers.
