Line of Green and Blue pixels at the top of Premiere Exports
I’ve just installed CS 5.5, was using 4.0 before. Now all my 720p exports have a weird line of blue and green pixels at the top of them. I’ve seen this can be due to strange resolutions, but I’m exporting a 1280×720 video to 1280×720. I’ve tried square pixels and widescreen 16:9, both produce the same results.

Hi Dave,
Does it happen throughout the video?
What format are you working with, what are your sequence settings?
Any particular filters?
What happens if you export a known native format with the exact same settings?

I’ve tried a bunch of different formats, all on default settings. My usual is the Youtube HD Widescreen one, and it seems to do this to all videos. If I kick it up to 1080p it looks like the bar disappears, but obviously that’s not a great solution for a 720p source. The bar’s present throughout the video and doesn’t really flicker in and out, just stays as a static lump of pixels at the top of the screen. No filters, no fiddly bits at all.
