Line 23
On the delivery specs for a current project the client dictates:
“Vision must start on Line 23”
I know very basic knowledge as to what Line 23 actually is and what it holds. My assumption is that this is just a safeguard to ensure that the video signal begins at the first actual line that is visible on the screen, but you know what they say about assumptions.
Anyone have any insight?
