  • Limiting motion blur to certain movements.

I have a bee animation that I wish to limit motion blur to the wings only. In addition to limiting blur to wings I want the blur to only be affected by the flapping of the wings not the overall motion of the bee animation.
    Is this possible?
    Thanks!

yes, it’s possible – in Standard render you use the Motion Blur tag to choose which objects blur (with Vector Motion Blur enabled and it only shows in the Picture Viewer not in the viewport render) and with Physical Render (with Motion Blur enabled there) the Motion Blur tag can be used to turn off motion blur for objects. So it would be way easier to use standard and apply tags to the wings rather than physical and have to apply tags to everything else. But my knowledge is limited there and maybe there is a more clever way if you want/need physical render.
