Limiting Bitrate on H264 convertion
Hi guys!
I have a .mov captured with BlackMagic – a uncompressed file 1920×1080. It’s about 250 gb.
I need to convert to a h264 for exibition on a WD player.
So, I went to the Mpeg Stream Clip software. Export my file like a QuickTime, and here is the settings:Compression: h264
Quality: 100%
2pass on
b-frames onBUT, I need to limit may bitrate to 40Mbps, because is the best bit rate that my WD player can read.
But, when playng on WD, the video stops, because there’s a bit rate peak!!!
Someone knows why it happens? And there’s some solution for my file realy fits 40mbps?
Thanks
