Likewise, nothing from Customer Service.
In regards to my earlier post, of not having all of BCC 8
filters/units showing up in Vegas 10 (32bit), just a few units
appear.
I also have made a request for assistance in solving this,

I wonder how did you make your service requests to our team? Did you try to call 888-77-BORIS or initiate a chat at https://www.borisfx.com?
Hope your units problems will be solved soon.
P.S. if you own multiple units you may be qualified for a free upgrade to the entire set because we are currently running a price promotion at $595 for BCC for Sony.
