Lightroom Issue – Cannot see image in "Develop" module
Hoping someone in the Photoshop forum can help me out. There is no Lightroom forum.
I am unable to view/edit any image in the Develop panel. It’s just a grey screen. I’ve tried resetting my catalog. Adjusting the performance settings. Reinstalled Lightroom but nothing helps.
Would appreciate the help!

Seems the issue can be related to Lightroom’s Develop module, try the following to see if it helps:
1.) Check to make sure your Lightroom is up to date in the latest version. Perhaps certain plugins and files within the app is not working properly as intended. Updates usually fixes the issue.
2.) Clear the Lightroom cache to improve performance. In order to clear the cache, go to: Edit > Preferences > Performance (Windows) or Lightroom > Preferences > Performance (Mac), and then click the Clear Settings button.
3.) Disable hardware acceleration which can cause some issues with Graphics cards. In order to do this, go to: Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts > Camera Raw > View > Toggle Hardware Acceleration
And I am aware you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom, but if you tried the 3 solutions that I suggested and still does not work, you can try it once more to see if the issue is finally fixed. If none of them works for you, I suggest contacting Adobe’s Customer support for more info on this issue. Hope this works for you and good luck!
