    Hi,
I am working with a indoor footage, which was recorded in a dark room with just a desk lamp as a light source. It is dark blue and I added an omnidirectional light effect in Premiere, which brought some good result but now, as you probably imagine, I have a quite grainy picture.
After rendering the clip I sent it over to AE but there the light effect does not show up. I did the noise reduction anyway and looked at it again in PP, but now the lighting effect is gone.
Please tell me what the proper workflow is to do this kind of job.

I would do the lighting effect in AE and import it back to Premiere.
