    Hi Guys,

I’m editing a time lapse that took place over the last year and am currently having an issue with how flickery the image is due to the sun and cloud cover changing so much (I already removed the night). It was very poorly designed from the get go so there are something like a million images so going through and deleting all the cloud covers really isnt an option.

So my thought is, maybe I can find an editing tool that will allow me to blend the levels of all the frames and possibly average out the light to reduce the flicker effect that is so jarring to the timelapse. Does something like this exist?

    Thanks

Pu 10 frames or so in the timeline and set up an auto color correct with the different settings to see if it makes it any better. If so, then you can do a select all clips and double click the color effect and it will do its thing.

There is a flicker removal effect in After Effect. It doesn’t to the job perfectly or fix extreme cases but it does help.
