Light Streaks in Photoshop
This question must come up once a week.
Do any of you have a great plugin, tutorial or action for beautiful light streaks that I can use or buy or test?
This could be used on any sort of scene or object but I would use it most often for type.

Theres a tutorial in PSCS under Help menu that I wrote (access teh welcom screen and click on Advacned tips)…
Also several plugins in AE for this… could od there and export to PSD
