Light streaks
I’m thinking there is no fix for this but if you look at the video you’ll see slowly moving horizontal light streaks probably caused by fluorescent lights. Is there any way at all I can improve this? An entire show was filmed with 4 cameras and I’ll loose the entire project if I can’t improve these events.

That looks like video noise. You could use a de-noiser, though removing it from a moving noise pattern seems like it would be tedious.
