    I’m trying to create the effect of light rays coming through a small window in a photograph, so that it looks like there is a progector behind the image. Can anyone stear me to a tutorial or a plug in ?

    Typical fake is to duplicate the layer, apply radial blur using the zoom setting, set the layer to screen, adjust the curves to reduce or eliminate the midtones and shadows.

    If you have After Effects check out Shine from Trapcode – does this for moving images.

    have you tried scot kelby’s book and dvd tiltled “Photoshop CS Down & Dirty Tricks” there is a step by step tutorial on what you would like to achieve
