    Hello,

I’ve had some experience with the XL1 which provides a light meter display (in addition to zebras). It’s nice to be able to dial the iris to what the camera (world’s most expensive light meter) says the correct exposure is and then use it or not as I see fit.

Does the DVX-100A have something similar? Where is the exposure meter?

    Thanks,
    Michael

You can get a pretty good setting by pressing auto iris and then switching back to manual. Also carrying a good production monitor. There’s also a spot meter setting.
