    Library Help?

    Hi All,

    I’m trying to pair down my Powerbook HD.
    I checked the size of my System Library (not Home) and it’s 31gigs?!?!
    That seems a little on the high side…is there a couple of folders that I can check in and possibly delete stuff?
    Or do I need to reinstall?

    Yeah, something is wrong… try turning to list view in the Finder on your drive, Apple-2 or View->As List from the Finder Menu. Then, choose View->Show View Options or Apple-J.

    Make sure that the Size and Calculate All Sizes boxes are checked. Then wait as the folders are calculated… try to narrow down where the bloat is. Most likely, someone accidently saved some DV files in the wrong folder.
