LHe Down Conversion
I am working on a FCP Project using DVCProHD at 720p 23.9fps. I am going to bring in SD video from betaSP through the LHe. What is the best way (ie codec, frame rate…) to bring the SD footage in through the card?

You do know that the LHe card does NOT do upconverts correct?
best choice for the SD material would be DV-50 however it need to be scaled to fit in the 720 frame.
