LH newby questions
First, I went through the whole manual and nowhere could I find which of the 3 SDI fittings on the card itself are in or out. It is not marked anywhere I could find.
Next, since I am replacing a Blackmagic card I have used on dozens of projects what happens when I uninstall the BM software? Do my old projects use the AJA codecs automatically?

yes it is in the manual chris- they are marked in the diagram on page 17.
the BNC next to the tether connection is the HD/SDI input — the other 2 BNC’s are outputs.
