I want to adjust the input of all three colours different. How do I do that?

Not sure what you’re asking exactly — could you be more specific / give an example of what you’re trying to do?
That said, the Video FX tab has both a Levels FX and a Color Corrector FX — either or both of those probably do what you want.

I got original Histogram R=150, G=110 & B=180.
I want to correct so that R/G/B hits 255.
