Using Magic Bullet Suite (or AE6.5 alone), how do you letterbox 4:3 (to 16:9) and adjust the shot’s position at the same time? So often, the 4:3 composition usually needs adjusting when placed in a 16:9 frame.

Whenever I’ve letterboxed something I’ve just put a black solid and masked the middle portion out.

To get the positioning right it’s just a matter of adjusting the position, keyframing where neccesary.
