  Less than 10%CPU used?

  In FCP6, it shows “Out of Memory” when 95% CPU still idle. All imported .mov from Motion played very slow (HDV File), need render. VisualHub encoding was VERY FAST, it was using 40-60% of CPU! Why not FCP and Motion?
