  Lens Flare Filter

  In “Photoshop for Nonlinear Editors”, Richard Harrington uses the LENS FLARE filter applied to a black background. I tried to apply the LENS FLARE filter but the selection is greyed out in the FILTERS menu. How come? HMMMMM??????
