  Lenghty encoding in iDVD5

  Hi and first of all happy Winter Solstice and Xmas to all who celebrate these festivities. May the New Year bring you successs.

  I am using iDVD for the 1st time as have a serious problem with Toast 7 DVD option.

  1. Where does iDVD store its assets in the system? Can I select a different hard drive for it to store?

  2. It is taking me an extremely long time to burn a 701MB avi file onto DVD disc. Like apprx 8 hours. Is this normal?!
  e.g. Last night the progress bar reached the end of ‘Process Movies’ and was suspended there for a long time. I stopped encoding and shutdown. I started again today. Still slow. Any solutions?
