I am trying to squeeze the spacing between the lines using Ariel 24 point font. The leading doesn’t do anything with this size font. The space between the lines is very wide for some reason, and there’s no way to close the gap. I notice with 32 or 36 point font the leading works fine, even to the point of overlapping the letters if you move the slider far enough. But at 24 points it makes the gap wider, but not smaller. Anyone ever seen this? Any ideas? Thanks.

Or Boris if you want to stay inside FCP. Boris is a much better title tool and does excellent rolls & crawls as well.
