layman’s PAL deinterlacing
Greetings guys!
I just got twixtor/fields kit and am beginning to get my head around it. I’ve been going through the tutorials, and I also read the creative cow review.
In said review the author talked about the best way to deinterlace/change the frame rate of the footage to get it to look ‘filmic’.
There was a brief paragraph about how to do this to 50i PAL footage. I didn’t quite understand it, probably because I didn’t understand what preceeded it!
I was wondering if someone could just take me step by step through how to turn 50i footage into 24p via final cut/after effects 7 and twixtor/fields kit.
