I’m working on a 2.5D sequence where two curtains have simple position animations, but they do some random jump/flickering movements without any special effects or keyframes. No puppet tool or anything like that has been used, and the keyframes are all linear. I dont know why this happens.

Is this some kind of buffer/render error in AE? I could fix this easily by re-importing the necessary files but it’s a bit annoying in the long run and also i wonder why this happens.

Here’s another render with some small changes and some effects turned on, the flickering/jumping happen at a different time so it seems to be random:

Actually to fix this all I had to do was reload footage in the project window but I still wonder why this happens.
