Layerlink plugin MIA?
Posted by Campbell Macduff on June 25, 2008 at 5:06 amHowdy.
Does anyone know what happened to the lovely plugin called LayerLink from these chaps?
https://www.ampede.com/layerlink/The site has obviously fallen into other hands. Can’t find reference to it anywhere else…
Any help appreciated.
Thnx

June 25, 2008 at 2:30 pmHowdy,
It’s been ages with multiple attempts by people to contact them (him?). At this point they’d have to do a lot of rewriting, because LayerLink depended on an input-manager hack that has been closed in Leopard.

Guess I’ll use MotionSmarts illustrator script instead.
How strange with such a great plugin they just vanished. Even if Apple tried to eat them! -

June 26, 2008 at 2:12 pmI always thought this was a no-brainer type of plug-in, but I didn’t realize in was an input manager hack. I’m sort of surprised Apple promoted them on the Motion product page as recently as the release of Motion 3.
