Layered logo into watermark
Posted by Paolo Mugnaini on November 25, 2009 at 2:46 pmHI all,
I have alyered logo that I have been trying to turn into a watermark.I am designing a look for a CCTV channel and I want the logo to turn into a watermark so I need to make a watermark of it to transition to.
I have looked everywhere but have not found an answer. Lots of stuff on watermarks but not what I need.
Can anyone please indicate the proper way?
I also have the same logo in Illustrator but I am not too familiar with it and it’s a lot of layers.
Thanks
Paolo

November 25, 2009 at 3:02 pmCouldn’t you just merge the layers, change its color profile to greyscale, lower the opacity to make it semi-transparent and save it in a file format that supports alpha channnels?

I will try that. It makes sense, although is not really a watermark.
Thanks

Apply BEvel Layer style… Lower Fill (not opacity)
MAsk as needed
Then make an alpha channel

November 26, 2009 at 11:35 pmHi!
I need help.
I am looking for directions on how to create an action to apply my logo on all of my photos at one time. I want to downsize them all for the web for clients to proof then at one time add my logo to them. I keep finding text logos instructions. I already have a logo saved as a psd so I am looking on how to create an action using my personal business logo and making an action to apply it all at one time??? Can anyone help? I am so frustrated that I am spending my time trying to figure it out and not upstairs with my family.
I am sure I will hear about it! ; ) I did eat though! ; )
Also Happy Thanksgiving!
Someone please help me figure this out! ; )Thank you!!
