Layer Transfer Mode in 3D?

Blending mode works even with 3D Layers.
Dissolve and Dancing Dissolve do not work on 3D layers.

If you have your 3D layers in a Precomp, then Enable the Collapse Transformation and you will see you 3D layers with their respective Blending Modes.

CS6 has two different renderers; Ray Traced, and Classic 3D. If you want access to the blending modes, ensure your composition is using the Classic 3D rendered. This can be found by going to your composition settings, click on Advanced tab, then select it from the Renderer drop down list.
