Last version of Avid – 2021.3

Hi Doron. I believe 2021 is only qualified for use on Big Sur. The last version I would recommend for High Sierra (I’m on an old MacPro too) is 2020.12.

What happens if you launch and create a new project

Or launch and create new user settings first.

Did try that, launching and creating a new project, didn’t seem to work unfortunately.

Will try out creating a new user, see if that helps.

Noop, doesn’t work… Crashes when I press enter for the new setting name.

Have you tried cleaning out all of the MCState files also you SHOULD NOT use settings from an older version as this will cause issues. Clear MCStates and use a new user.

Hi Mike.

Found the those files, deleted them, tried to make a new user setting, and it still crushes 🙁

I think i’ll just re install the older version if i do’t hear form Avid support soon.
