Am I able to get blue water, cosmos and lightsheet with SE(I bought for $99) because when I try to download files like someone told me(right clicking and selecting load library) nothing happens. all the files are empty(library backups, manuel and default IEL).So if I can download those effects please tell me what I’m doing wrong.thanks

What do you mean by empty? When you try to load an IEL, do you get an error, or does nothing at all appear in the library window in SE?

I right click, click load library and then there’s 3 lines. the first is library backups. If i press that its empty, the second is manual. If I choose that it says images. when I click images it says Guid 1,Guide2,Guide3,Guide4 and Guide5 and they are all empty.than back at the start the third line says default IEL and if I click that the box dissappears and I’m back on particle Illusion

Where did you put the files after you downloaded them? You need to use that “load library” dialog to browse to the correct folder, just like loading any other file.

    At https://www.wondertouch.com/downloads.asp#IEL
Download the .zip files, and unzip them into your particleIllusion folder. Then when you right-click and choose Load Library, they will be available to load.

SE can load the libraries that were created before September 2002.
