Hello Everyone, I shoot on a Panasonic P2 HPX-370P. For some reason when shooting through the end of a disc and onto the second disc, the last file on the first disc will not load into Premiere Pro CC, it locks up and I have to reboot the program. The method of importing I use is: transfer the folder directly from the camera into a folder on my drive, then drag MXF files into the project. All files import easily, except the last one always locks it up.

Any ideas on what causes this and how to maybe correct it?

    Thanks!

    hi,

if you use the media browser panel and navigate to your media location, you may have better luck with spanned media…

Thanks Alex, I just tried that method and the same problem occured. I’m baffled, I would assume it’s a complete file. The odd thing is if I put it in Premiere Pro 5, it imports with no problem…
