Lasso Blocked Clips?
In Avid, you can lasso select clips that are blocked by clips above and below. Say you want to lasso a clip that has a clip on the track above and the track below. You only want to select the clip on the middle track. In Avid, you can press shift and lasso just that middle clip. Is there anything like that on Premiere? Thanks!

Just click on the clip in question. You can also isolate what you affect on the timeline by changing the track selection patching (left end of timeline) or locking tracks to protect them (also left end of timeline).
