  large paneling lines in video.

  Hello, i am having a problem with a clip and was wondering if someone could help me out on how to fix it. I have large scan line issues. This is a picture of the clip with the line issue.

  It was shot on a sony hdd camera in Mpeg format then I used Mpeg streamclip to convert it from Mpeg to Mov avid 1:1 codec and brought it into avid 1:1. I have used this work flow the day before and every thing went smoothly with no issues. But today i am getting these scan line issues with this clip.
