  laptop enquiry

  Hi there

  —- graphics workstation now has a fault – probably no big deal but it has made me think that it would be useful to have a laptop as well

  —- the workstation has 64 Gb ram and a 3.7 Ryzen CPU— its used mostly for fairly large Photoshop files and the occaisional After Effects project

  —– dont know much about laptops so mailing to ask if anyone can advise or make a recommendation please as to spec and make ( that would fit the bill ) and whether or not to just buy from Dell ( say ) or get a custom build

  — looking to stay on Windows rather than go over to Apple —

  ————– feedback on this would be much appreciated – pretty clueless when it comes to laptops ….
