    Hi Guys

Hoping someone can help, i need to create a lap timer looking graphic to use in fcpx

it will be a graphic placed in the top right corner of the screen and needs to be able to go unto 3minutes

Im trying to create a counter that i can use to show each lap but only 1 lap at a time needs to be seen?

I’m thinking a stopwatch type effect tried using motion 5 with an adapted timecode counter but its not working that well

    any ideas?

    Thanks

    Matt

X has a generate time code function built in.
(in the Generators area under Elements)

Pop it over black (or anything you like) then crop, range and export it as a separate element you can re- use to your hearts content.
