  • Language Support Universal or not? *Please Help*

    Hi,

    I’m living in Germany but working in English; my computers all have US keyboards and are installed with US English as the default language;

    I’ve just ordered my upgrade to FCS 2009 and now have a moment of doubt: I ordered it here in Germany, which I’m assuming will mean I get printed documentation in German — that’s fine; but now I’m a little worried that the installers or some other aspects of the program might be German only.

    Anyone have any experience with this? My experience tells me all Apple programs have universal language support and switch according to the OS language setting but now I’m getting worried…if anyone else out here has done this and can confirm what differences might exist in the software, if any, I’d be much reassured

    Thanks

    I have some experience with the new FCS German version. I didn’t try the installer, but the language preference is all set in the International section of your System Preferences. I was able to switch back and forth between English and Deutsch quite easily.
