Lag in audio playback when running Motion / FCP simultanously
Running FCP / Motion on a brand new Mac Pro 8-Core with BlackMagic DeckLink HD Extreme 2. When launching Motion and running it simultanously with FCP I’m experiencing a delay in audio playback in FCP of almost 1 second. Upon quitting Motion, the audio is back in sync. Never seen this before on older, slower computers. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

When I haven’t a clue what’s happening on my system. I trash prefs, repair permissions and run Disk Warrior.
