Well then Bret, I’m sure it will be a cup of Fair Trade Certified, shade tree and organically grown coffee, right? 😉

June 10, 2007 at 3:45 pmAt this moment I’m drinking pure Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. You won’t find that anywhere in the states unless it’s a blend. Fair Trade? Well, no it was too expensive even at the duty free shop. Shade Grown? It’s grown on a mountain. There ARE a lot of trees in Jamaica, so I suppose…

June 15, 2007 at 3:20 pmI know this thread’s a bit old, but I tried to send the Color pdf user manual file to Kinko’s, have them print it double-sided and bind it, and for some reason when they print it, Acrobat does font subsitution, changing the original Myriad font to Courier and the letters are all squished together with terrible kerning problems. And they had Myriad installed on the computer. So I opened the pdf in Illustrator on my Mac workstation so I could confirm what the font was, and even though it’s a version of Myriad that I have installed, it displays with the same problems in Illustrator. Not sure what Apple did to the manual to make it so proprietary, but sending it to Kinko’s to print is not the answer.

June 19, 2007 at 9:00 pmI’d take it back to kinkos and tell them to do better font management or give you your money back. Someone else there might know how to print it correctly.
Sometimes you can get manuals for like $10 on ebay. It’s a pain to order, but sometimes you gotta, I guess.
