  Kona version 4.0 drivers are up

  Grazers,

  As several (usual suspects) had noticed the new Kona version 4.0 driver are now up, but i thought i would put up an official new post.

  hopefully my copy of FCPS2 will show up soon. pro res is not soon enough after being teased by it at NAB.

  This release is specifically designed to support Apple’s Final Cut Studio 2. Users of previous versions of Final Cut Pro should refer to the Release Notes PDF file (included in this download) for the appropriate driver version. The Release Notes PDF also contains other information on improvements, fixes and special notes. Check the AJA website for an updated version 4.0 manual to be released soon.

  AJA Driver Compatibility as of KONA Version 4.0 is as follows:
  FCP 6.0.x (Final Cut Studio 2)- Kona Driver version 4.0
  FCP 5.1.x – Kona Driver versions 3.1 through 3.4
  FCP 5.0.x – Kona Driver version 3 (first Universal Binary version)
