Kona output levels are off
Hi
I am trying to monitor my output from AE on an external waveform monitor
through a Kona3 card. My blacks are showing up at about 3 or 4 instead of 0, and my whites are at about 92 instead of 100. As soon as I go into the the AE preferences or the Kona control panel, everything temporarily
goes to 0 and 100 as expected.
Everything is correct when being output from Premiere.
I have tried changing the color settings to Rec 709 but it doesn’t change anything.
Any suggestions? -

Never mind, figured it out – changed output pref to RGBA instead of 10 bit RGB.
