KONA LHi card audio issue
Hello All,
I’m doing a ustream event next week and I’m having issues with the audio coming from an analog/xlr source into the KONA LHi card. The video is fine I just cant get the audio to work. I have tried the breakout box, but I can’t get any audio or video from it. Which leads me to think it might be defective. And I have used the octopuss cable but still nothing. Is there some type of step Im forgetting?
Or setting that I’m not aware of?
I spoke with tech support and they couldn’t solve it either.Is there anyone you might have a helpfully suggestion?

– Application (s) and workflow
– OS
– System configetc etc.
